Restaurant Group Booking 8+
Fridays & Saturday: booking from 12.30pm until 4.00pm lunch time or between 5pm until 7.30pm or 8pm until late.
Kindly note that only 18 years or over will be allowed on the dance floor when the dj starts music (Friday/Saturday 10.15pm)
To confirm your booking, we would require a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person and the remaining balance (Set Menu) to be settled 5 days before the booking date.
Banqueting Booking:
If you use suppliers not on our approved list there will be charge of £150.00 per supplier.
Kindly note that we do not allow use of confetti/confetti bombs on our premises/venue. if used the cleaning cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
Bar/Music will be closed 30 minutes before finishing time. From 2022 it is now mandatory that all functions MUST have door security, 1 security up to 100 guests, 2 securities up to 150 guests. And over 150 guests 3 securities will be required. Cost will be £200.00 per security officer which will be added to your final cost.
Additional £500.00 security deposit will be added to your final amount, we will hold this deposit against any damage or breech of our terms & conditions, and you have left on time and in good order (refundable less any monies due within 7 – 10 days after the event)
Cancellation And Postponement.
Cancellations or postponements by the Client must be in writing and will result in the charges below becoming due. In each case, the percentage change is based on the advance notice of cancellation given and applies to the estimated total cost of the function.
The initial deposit of £1000.00 is non-refundable.
